If you’re looking to grab a little seaside saddle time, head east! Try this coastal cruise that runs around 40 miles between Surfside and Galveston. The ride hugs the coastline along Gulf of Mexico taking you through small seaside towns along the way. The route is made up of the wonderfully named, Blue Water Highway at Surfside, which becomes FM 3005, and finally it morphs into Seawall Blvd in Galveston proper.
Throttle junkies be advised, this is definitely a cruise, rather than a pavement scorching ride.
