Last year, more than 20,000 participants in 257 cities around 58 countries raised more than $1.5 million for prostate cancer research. This year, the goal is to raise $3 million.
Founded in 2012, in Sydney, Australia, and inspired by a photo of “Mad Men’s” Don Drapper character astride a classic bike and wearing his finest suit, the themed ride is a great way to connect motorcycle communities together for a good cause.
Only registered riders are permitted to participate. Register at gentlemansride.com for more details, such as the ride location, start time, a Style Guide, safety information and facts about organizations that the fundraiser benefits.
Each year, one-in-nine men develops prostate cancer and close to 500,000 men will die from the disease. The DGR is sponsored by Triumph and features prizes!
