SPEARFISH, South Dakota – Lehman Trikes, Inc. announces that Mr. C.L. (Les) Brown will be retiring from his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors effective January 5, 2010. Mr. Brown, who has served as a member of the Lehman Board of Directors since 2002 and became Chairman in 2006, stated he is stepping down as Chairman for personal reasons. He will continue to serve on the Board of Directors.
“Les has done a phenomenal job as Chairman. His expertise and insight have helped our company move through many important changes in the past five years. We look forward to Les’s continued participation on the Board of Directors,” said John Lehman, Founder of Lehman Trikes. In announcing his resignation, Mr. Brown expressed his appreciation for the position. “I have enjoyed serving as Chairman of Lehman Trikes. I have witnessed extraordinary growth within the company and am very grateful to have had the opportunity to be a part of it. I look forward to helping guide Lehman Trikes with their successes in the future”.
Simultaneous with Mr. Brown’s retirement, Lehman announces that Mr. Marc S. Rose has been named Chairman of the Board effective immediately. Mr. Rose has served on the Board of Directors since 2007. “It is an honor to be appointed as Chairman and I am pleased to accept this new endeavor,” stated Marc. Mr. Rose has over 20 years of senior management experience and expertise in the aerospace industry.
