Submission Policy

1. All events are reviewed prior to publication and you may be contacted to verify charity status. Charity events must donate 50% or more of the total money raised to charity to qualify for a free listing. Club events are those events held for non-commercial purposes.

2. For commercial events you'll be directed to PayPal for a convenient way to complete your transaction. The $50 listing fee will cover your calendar listing from whenever your post, until the event happens.

3. For liability reasons, the editors can not make changes to the events.Please review your VERFICATION e-mail carefully. You can edit the information there, but after you verify the event, the listing will be locked and cannot be changed.

4. RT is not responsible for the listing contents, information or representations made be you or damages you or others may incur due to your listing, mistakes in your listing or any consequences of being, or not being listed.
