Can I get the old (pre-2010) subscription deal for the all-new RT bookazine? As of June 1, 2010 the old rates can no longer be honored. Subscription cards and rates from years prior (1998-2009) are not applicable to the new bookazine publication. Expired rates do not cover costs of publishing, so if we receive an old subscription card, the term will be pro-rated to the current $35 per year rate. You have the option of canceling your subscription if you don't agree with these terms.
What is our privacy policy? We do not rent or make our subscriber lists public to any third parties. We may, on occasion, mail special offers or announcements to subscribers.
Will my credit card transaction be safe? We use a secure server and the order goes directly to our subscription processing department. The padlock indicating a secure site will be displayed when you access our order page.
My magazine never arrived or started arriving, then stopped. Please contact customer service immediately when you think this has happened. It may be we have an incorrect address for you or the address you provided is considered "undeliverable" by the USPS.. Their addressing standards are constantly evolving, especially for rural addressees. If you submit a forwarding order, the USPS will typically forward one edition and then start returning them to the sender (us). We have no way to contact subscribers when this happens because the subscriber is at a new address that we are not aware of. If you think you've missed an edition, please call customer service and verify your address. We will replace a missing edition, no problem.
Can I cancel an order? Yes. Please call our customer service at the number above.
What's the guarantee? For any reason you need to discontinue or cancel your subscription, you will be refunded the unused portion of your paid subscription. Please call customer service for cancellation..
RT's digital editions are $26 per year. Once you have a digital subscription, you'll get all the digital edition feature upgrades at no additional cost.
The digital edition of the bookazine is a separate product from the website and the print bookazine, with differing production costs and special features, so it is not included in the price of the print subscription.
You’ll receive a user id and a password to logon to a special section of the RT website and access the digital editions in your subscription. Each time a new edition is published, you’ll receive an email announcing its availability.
Yes, it’s exactly the same content. In fact, it looks just like the bookazine. However, the digital editions offer distinct advantages over the bookazine as they will be accessible from anywhere you have an Internet connection and you will be able to search your library of editions. You’ll also have access to a set of travel tools that will help you better plan your trips.
Only issues published after January 1st 2010 will be available as digital editions; previous editions can not be republished at this point.
No, only to the editions in your subscription. However, if you have missed a previously published digital edition, you will be able to buy it as a past edition and add it to your digital library.
Yes, you can print the pages you want to read offline.
Not initially. The first version will require an Internet connection to view the digital editions. A future version will download the editions to your computer for offline reading.
